Marisa (Birdie) Diggs and Cindi Tipple are our two Office Managers. They answer our phones. They handle our client phone service, mail service, toiletries, initial intake, and assist our Client Services Manager with referrals to other agencies and anything else she needs assistance with. They are there for our clients and give a tremendous amount of support to the Board of Directors. Both Marissa and Cindi were once clients, and homeless, but after training and on-the-job learning have become invaluable staff at the Well in the Desert. |
