Sunday, April 1, 2012

This years’ theme will be “Music, Magic & Fools Folly”, and will feature some incredible magicians delighting guests during the cocktail hour, and a short musical performance presented by OperaArts Music Director/pianist Victoria Kirsch, Soprano Jamie Chamberlin, and bass Keith Colclough, singing beautiful operetta and Broadway standards, with a favorite operatic aria or two that will bring the room to a standing ovation.
The food once again, thanks to Chef Eric Wadland, will be at its best. This years’ luncheon will feature a duo of Grilled Norweigian Salmon and Chicken with a Tarragon Dijon Reduction, Whipped Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables. The alternate meal, for vegetarians will be a Wild Mushroom Ravioli dish, vodka tomatoe sauce, shaved romano, with seasonal vegetables. A salad will preceed this delicious meal, and Spencer's Lemon Chantilly Mousse Cake, with Fresh Seasonal Berries, Chocolate Swirl will end what will be a delicious event in every way.
For your invitation or to make reservations please call: (760) 327-8577. $95.00 per person. Tables of 10 $950.00.
