Over 1200 attended a magnificent Christmas dinner celebration at the Palm Springs Convention Center on Christmas Day, 2007. Mariachis greeted the guests with wonderful music. Savory's and the Well served a delicious meal while a group from the California Desert Chorale sang traditional Christmas music. The Mt. Calvary Gospel Singers brought the house down with foot stomping/hand clapping inspirational music. Lola and Jo Jo completed the day with both popular and Christmas music, all this while over 800 children walked across the stage with presents made possible by the Metropolitan Community Church as well as many other generous friends of the Well. Sponsors who pitched in and helped bring this successful event to the public in need were the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians and Harold Matzner.
